Looking for any one with a dual sport bike interested in showing up in force for Chilis Motorcycle Night. Figures it would be a hoot
to have a herd of dualies show up and more or less steal the show for a night. These nights are usually dominated by your cruisers
and crotch rocket squids. Seems us adventure riders should get together and let them have a look at some real motorcyclists. If you
are interested contact Pat Schmid at kdxkawboy@aol.com and he'll cordinate selecting a night.
This could also give a chance to discuss setting up the dual sport ride for later this summer.
Date to be setWhat: A PNMTA Dual Sport Ride Where: Out into the Masonic/Bodie Area
This will form up to be a ride for folks with plated dual sport bikes. It will be fun for one and all. The ride is designed for newbie
dual sport riders as well as for those that ride those monster BMW twins. Depending on the interest this can be either a day ride, or a
weekend outing. The ride will be lead by Pat Schmid. This ride will be along the lines of the Eastern Sierra Rendezvous Pat has hosted
in the past. Pat has been riding this since before dirt and has been into the Adverture Riding thing since '95 when he picked up his
fursat KLR650. For more information contact Pat Schmid at kdxkawboy@aol.com
If you want to lead a ride, just drop an email with the who what where & when to webmaster@nv-trails.org and we'll get it on the calendar. |
