There were some local OHV people who were irritating to the locals.  This is not the way to handle or communicate with locals who are not OHV riders living near areas.  Volunteers from Pine Nut Mountain Trail Association will be out there handing out flyers to fellow OHV riders to educate them on the sensitivity of the matter with suggestions on how to communicate with these people.
